Liebherr has overhauled its online portal, with a clearer, more user-friendly look and a mobile version for key parts.

With MyLiebherr customers have access to information and services on a range of products including construction machinery, mining equipment, mobile and crawler cranes, technology and components.

The redesign of the portal’s homepage marks a new phase in further development, according to the company and includes new features such as direct links to ‘Personal Data’ and ‘Business Relationships’ and a new ‘Apps’ area with large easy-to-access tiles.

All licence managers and administrators of a company are now displayed to the user with their respective contact details and new pop-up windows give users feedback on error messages or information about the status of requests.

New features in profile management

The profile management has been optimised with a revised ‘Address Book’ section allowing administrators to create and manage addresses, and select saved delivery addresses.

Company administrators and product managers now have the option to store keywords for each machine in the revised ‘Products’ section meaning these can assigned to topic clusters and easily found by all users.

The update is automatic and Liebherr plans to roll out more features in the coming months.
